General Admission: $3 per person (6 & Under FREE)

      • Week Pass $15
      • 4-H Members, Volunteers, and Homemakers: FREE (MUST have membership card)

Arena Admission: Adults: $7          Ages 7-12: $3     (6 & Under FREE)

      • Week Pass $35
      • 4-Hers & Homemakers with Membership Card: $3

4H Exhibits: Open from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Monday                                                                      10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Tuesday – Saturday

 


Homemaker Exhibits: Open from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Monday                                                              11am-8pm Tuesday-Friday

Dogs are not allowed on the fairgrounds unless they are an ADA trained service animal.


Ride Info: Brady Amusements 

    • Open Daily:  5 to 10 pm –
    • Rides do not run during inclement weather.
    • Pricing:
      • Single Tickets – $3 per ticket, 10 tickets for $27, or 20 tickets for $52
      • Armbands – $25 for one night (unlimited rides)
      • 4-H’ers advanced armbands – $15 (limit 2)
        • Pick up Sunday at project check in. MUST have 4-H membership card.

5:30 p.m. Fashion Revue Project Judging followed by Public Fashion Show in Alcoa Building

Saturday: July 13

8:00 a.m. 4-H Livestock & Exhibit Building set-up
9:00 a.m. 4-H Consumer Clothing Judging in Homemaker Building
5:30 p.m. Little Miss and Mr Contest in Alcoa Building- Admission $2
7:00 p.m. Warrick County Royalty Contest in Alcoa Building- Admission $2 

 

Sunday: July 14

2:00-3:50 p.m. Pick-up Project Barcode Tags and Scan Projects into fair entry in Alcoa Building                                                                                                                                         -Enter 4 H projects in Exhibit Building and Alcoa Building (community judging)                           -Pick up 4-H membership cards in Alcoa Building                                                                       -Purchase ride bands in Alcoa Building (must have membership card)
2:00 3:00 p.m. Check-in for last names A-L. Small Animal Check-in in Alcoa Building.
3:00-4:00 p.m. Check-in for last names M-Z. Small Animal Check-in in Alcoa Building.
2:00-4:00 p.m. 4-H WHITE ACHIEVEMENT CARDS DUE AT PROJECT CHECK-IN OR BY 4 P.M.
4:00-4:45 p.m. Weigh in for Tug-of-War Competition – 4-H Fun Night
5:00 p.m. 4-H Fun Night Competition in Arena for Mini 4-H and 4-H club members
5:00-9:00 p.m. Outdoor Commercial Booth Setup

8:00-Noon Indoor Commercial Booth Set-Up in Exhibit Building
8:30-11:00 a.m. Enter Extension Homemaker/Open Class Exhibits
12:00 noon Judging of Homemaker & Open Class begins
12:00-4:00 p.m. Outdoor Commercial Booth Setup
4:00 p.m. 4-H Poultry Show in Livestock Arena
4:00 p.m. Gates Open- Admission $3
5:00 p.m. Motocross Practice (Pit Opens @ 3:00 pm)

  • Note: Heats will start directly after practice, but main event starts at 7 p.m.
